The relationship between SWIIX AG and a client is governed exclusively by the client agreement and onboarding documentation provided to, and signed by, approved clients — not by this website.
Access to SWIIX’s intended services is available only to legal entities and structures — corporate, institutional and professional clients — and is subject to onboarding, identity verification, KYC/KYB checks and compliance approval. SWIIX may refuse, suspend or terminate a relationship, and submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

These terms and any client relationship are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Baar, Canton of Zug, Switzerland.
